Change of heart

We hope that you will love your purchase, but if you happen to change your mind, please know that we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of your order for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, sealed and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Purchased directly from our website

Please kindly be aware that we do not provide complimentary returns. We recommend using a tracked service for shipping to ensure secure delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for the returned items until they are received by us. In the event that items are lost during transit, they will not be considered as returned.

Please ensure to include your order number, name, telephone number and email address so that our team can identify your return.

After sending your parcel back and you have not been contacted by us within 7 – 10 business days, please kindly contact us on email on enquiries@nipandfab.com in order for us to further investigate.

If your purchase was not made on nipandfab.com, you will be required to contact the original place of purchase, as when you choose to purchase through other retailers you are committing to their individual terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns.

We truly value the quality of our products, and in the rare event of a fault, defect, or damage, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at your earliest convenience. Kindly keep in mind that in order for us to assist, we ask that you contact us within 30 days of your purchase.

We want to make sure you are happy with our products, but please understand that we do not currently offer a satisfaction guarantee. Everybody's skin is unique, so what works for one person may not work for another. We recommend patch testing any new product before using it fully to see how it works with your skin.

Additionally, we provide complete ingredient lists on our product pages, so we encourage you to double-check them if you have any allergies before placing an order.
